W70 Rotterdam was transformed from an abandoned SHELL office into a vibrant ecosystem where work, culture, and community seamlessly come together. Studio Sherylleysner upcycled 99% of the existing materials, from furniture to clothing, through a hyperlocal, circular process. The result is an interior full of soul and stories, where sustainability was not a theme but a method. The atmosphere radiates eternal summer vibes: bold, playful, and energizing, with art and graffiti anchoring the building in its Rotterdam roots. A one-of-a-kind skybar crowns the project, where music, events, and people converge. W70 is not a renovation but a reanimation. A true Good Energy Tank Station for the city.
