Newday Offices Papendorp is part of the Newday Offices network, offering serviced offices that combine private workspaces with shared amenities such as meeting rooms, lounges, and a reception with coffee bar. For this location, we designed an open and inviting interior that emphasizes transparency and connection, both between the ground floor and first floor through a central void, and between the interior and the exterior. Rounded forms, muted colors, and authentic materials such as real wood, felt, and living plants create a warm, human-centred atmosphere. A variety of work settings, from collaborative lounges to intimate meeting rooms, support different ways of working and interacting. The result is a flexible, vibrant workplace where openness, flow, and careful materiality come together to reflect the client’s concept.
