Interior Design & Process Management
Located in a former Renault garage near Amstel Station in Amsterdan, this multi-tenant venue combines history, design, and atmosphere into a unique experience. In 2006 the interior was completely designed by Heyligers architects, but after many years of active use, it was time for a face lift, with purpose to make the interior match it’s multi functional use. The space can easily be converted with the foldable light weight tables and stackable chairs.
The interior has been updated to feel welcoming and intimate, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a variety of textures that create a relaxed yet vibrant energy. As always, we aimed to preserve as much of the existing character as possible, keeping the natural travertine floors and walls throughout the space and only changing the finishes in the kitchen where it was necessary. The kitchen area was redesigned with new wall tiles, additional workspace, and extra buffet space, perfect for the chef and visitors. We restyled the venue so it is equally suited for daily lunches in a multi-tenant environment, live music, or events hosted by Het Financieele Dagblad, Club Dauphine, and other shared-space activities. Every detail has been carefully considered to encourage connection, conversation, and moments that linger in memory, while guests can enjoy great food in a comfortable, communal setting.
