This monumental 17th-century listed building in the centre of Amsterdam was once part of the reclaimed Oude Waal, a former harbour that was later transformed into a luxury residential island for ship-owners and merchants. We’ve reinterpreted the building’s heritage through an interior that respects it’s original character combining classic architectural features with modern elements, layered textures, personal touches, and natural materials.
